Establish contact with Helix Business Incubator and schedule
a meeting to discuss the idea. If the entrepreneur wishes to sign
a Non Disclosure Agreement we will be happy to provide this facility. |

During the initial meeting the idea is discussed and initial
opinions are formed regarding the potential viability of the idea. |

Inventor/Entrepreneur gets ready to prepare an executive summary
for the proposed idea. This executive summary should present a clear
outline for the proposed idea including some basic market and financial
information. |

All parties get together to discuss the executive summary and
decide if the business idea warrants a full business plan. |

Full business plan is developed by the inventor with some assistance
from the Incubator. This stage includes various review meetings
to
address possible business plan
issues.

Perform a valuation analysis and determine the equity position
